Check-in times
Clifton Hill House: Check-in between 2pm and 10pm. Check-out by 10am.
Rodney Hotel: Check-in any time after 2pm. However, if you wish to arrive after 11pm, please contact the hotel to let them know you will be arriving late, on 0117 973 5422. Check-out by 11am.
Registration
The receptionist at Clifton Hill House will be able to direct you to the Wills Reception Room, where registration will take place.

Meals and refreshments
All meals and refreshments will be served at Clifton Hill House (with the exception of breakfast for those staying at Rodney Hotel, which will be provided by the hotel).
Luggage storage
There will luggage storage available on Sunday.
