CEP Annual Conference 2013

DATE: 6th - 8th September, 2013 (Arrival on the 6th; presentations on the 7th and 8th)

  • Discounts are available for CEP members and students.
  • There are also up to 5 student bursaries available for students giving a presentation. These will be awarded competitively, based on the quality of eligible submissions. Successful applicants will pay a CEP-subsidised registration fee of £50 for registration, accommodation and all meals, including the conference dinner on Saturday. Our student bursaries have now been allocated.
  • Clifton Hill House has standard rooms only.
  • Day delegate rates for Saturday, Fri-Sat and Sat-Sun rates will all include the wine reception on Saturday evening. A buffet dinner will be provided at 8:00 pm on Friday for those booked into Clifton Hill House or Rodney Hotel that evening.
  • The conference dinner on Saturday must be booked separately (unless granted a CEP student bursary).

Saturday accommodation & Sunday conference - Clifton Hill House
Saturday night accommodation at Clifton Hill House, Saturday wine reception + conference registration for Sunday, all meals and refreshments from Saturday wine reception to Sunday afternoon tea (excluding Saturday conference dinner).

CANCELLATIONS: We will endeavour to refund any cancellations where possible. All cancellations will incur a £20 administration fee. Cancellation requests received after Thursday 8th August may be less any cost of accommodation or meals in addition to the £20 fee.
